Your session fees includes your choice of location, shooting time, a proofing session and editing time for digitally retouching and altering your images. You will also receive a CD of low resolutions images of all of your proofs from your photo session.

Accepted payment cash, or cheque payable to Julie Smigelski. All sessions and each image produced for you is considered custom, therefore all sales are final.

All images including purchased printed are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or copied in any way. Thank you for your understanding with this.

I ask that all clients sign a model release form; this allows me to use your session images for such things as my website and portfolio.  Please contact me if you have any questions.

Sessions outside of the Blackfalds area may be subject to a travel fee.  Please contact me for details.
